How to assemble my bicycle and packaged?
All our bicycles come semi assembled in specially designed Corrugation boxes
How do I unpack and assemble my cycle?
All our bicycles require very minimal assembly. 80% of our cycles are pre-assembled and can easily be assembled by self.
If you have any difficulty assembling your bicycle, please get in touch with nearest cycle store mechanic for assistance.
Where do you deliver in India?
We deliver to all locations in India. Our delivery partners do door delivery at your address.
How soon will I receive my orders?
The time taken for delivery tends to vary according to the destination; however, we make our best efforts to ensure that the domestic order is delivered within 7-10 working days of you placing the order.
Do I get charger along with e-cycles?
No. Charger is not supplied with e-cycles. But can be purchased along with order will be dispatched together.
How can I know status of my order?
Once your order is dispatched you will get tracking details and regular updates on your mobile and email used at the time of placing the order. All users have the option to track their orders by sending an email to info@leaderbicycles.com with their order number with the subject line “TRACK MY ORDER”
Do I need to register to be able to order from www.ssbikes.in?
We strongly recommend that you register on www.ssbikes.in as it makes your checkout faster, allows you to track your order, saves products that interest you to a wish list (which you may access at a later time), and provides a better shopping experience.
However, you can purchase without registering also.
Can I cancel my order?
Order can be cancelled before dispatch of order. However if order is dispatched, then order cancellation is not possible.
What do I do if I receive the wrong product?
You can write to sales@ssbikes.in to report the incident and report the mistake. If you want to return the product, please do not use it. We will arrange for the pick-up of the unused wrong item from the provided address through our logistic partner and arrange for the refund. After your claim has been approved. WE REFUND YOUR AMOUNT IMMEDIATELY.
What I do if I receive damaged product and want to return it?
In the unlikely event that the product delivered is in damaged condition, you can return the product unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, along with the invoice for a refund. Please write to sales@ssbikes.in to report the incident. REFUND WILL PROVIDED IMMEDIATELY.
What is the exchange policy?
We do not have any exchange policy. Only in case of a manufacturing defect and the wrong item shipped, customer can ask for a refund by initiating their claim at sales@ssbikes.in. After your claim has been approved. WE REFUND YOUR AMOUNT IMMEDIATELY.
